Laugh as you have never laughed before and feel refreshed, invigorated and relaxed.  Adults of all ages (men and women) welcome. Release your inner child and learn to laugh for no reason at all.

Laughter is proven to reduce stress, release emotional tension, promotes a sense of well being, prevents "hardening of the attitudes", increases self confidence and optimism, strengthens the immune system, releases endorphin and reduces loneliness.

Free drop in, no experience required. Classes the first and third Thursday of each month from 10:30-11:30a.m. at the Birmingham Retirment Community  - 356 Birmingham St. E. Mount Forest. "
